FAQs

Are dogs allowed at Ballards Ash?

No. As Ballards Ash is the home of Royal Wootton Bassett Rugby Club and is primarily used for sports events, we run a strictly NO DOGS policy on the site.

Is there car parking available?

We also offer ample free car parking for your guests during events at Ballards Ash, accomodating up to 300 vehicles. The car park includes allocated disabled parking bays directly outside the entrance to the building.

Evening entertainment

At Ballard's Ash, you can enjoy dancing to a band or disco in our Main Function Room until 1am. We can even arrange the evening's entertainment for you! Please ask us for details.

Catering

From Finger Buffets to Canapes, BBQ or Hog Roast - we understand just how important food and drink is to celebrate your most special occasion.

Our friendly Events Team can put you in contact with an excellent range of caterers who support a wide range of budgets. We have access to chefs who can create the most delicious choices of seasonal menu options, made with fresh locally sourced produce, for you and your guests to enjoy.

We will be more than happy to meet with you in the early planning stages, to discuss your menu selection and any specific dietary requirements which need to be catered for.
