Main function room

Ideal for larger conferences, functions or parties

Our large Function Room is able to hold 130 seated at round tables or 250 people at a social event.

The function room is air-conditioned with plentiful natural light, high ceilings and a flexible room layout which can be tailored to suit every event.

Incorporating a large drop-down screen and projection facilities, this space is suitable for large screenings and seminars. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue and presentation aids can be provided upon request.

Our comprehensively-stocked licenced bar can be made available at agreed times throughout any booking. A great space to use as a break out area during your business event, and essential for celebratory functions, parties, wakes or weddings.


Conference room

An affordable business space with flexible seating and conference tables

Our private conference room is bright and well-lit with large windows overlooking the front of Ballard's Ash, and benefits from air conditioning. It is able to hold up to 40 people theatre-style or 25 people boardroom-style.

The conference room layout can be tailored to suit even the most demanding delegates. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue and some presentation aids can be provided upon request.

The room is also a popular space for private dining events. Whether you're planning an elegant dinner party or a corporate luncheon, our conference room will provide an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

Whether you are conducting face-to-face interviews, intimate training sessions or giving a business presentation, our conference room offers flexible, cost-effective solutions for every kind of business event.


Meeting room

Discover our newest meeting space adjacent to the main clubhouse

This new business space is a well-illuminated room with expansive windows to the front of Ballard's Ash with its own separate entrance away from the primary Clubhouse.

Tailor the arrangement of the room to your specific requirements and benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Upon request, we can furnish certain presentation tools.

Whether you're conducting in-person interviews, hosting small-scale training sessions, or delivering a professional business pitch, our Meeting room presents adaptable and economical solutions for all types of intimate corporate gatherings.

The meeting room is currently available for private hire on a daily basis, or can be secured on a long term contract where appropriate.


Outdoor areas

An impressive open air facility

Additional to our impressive indoor facilities, Ballards Ash boasts 12 acres of enclosed sports fields, including five rugby pitches. These can be hired for a stand-alone sporting event, or be used as a break-out area or for team-building activities.

We also offer ample free car parking for your guests during events at Ballards Ash, accomodating up to 300 vehicles. The car park includes allocated disabled parking bays directly outside the entrance to the building as well as a bank of electric vehicle charging stations.


Commercial Kitchen

Catering for any event

In addition to our front-of-house facilities, we also have a commercial kitchen available for hire. As well as the state-of-the art catering facilities, the kitchen also benefits from hatches for serving both internally to the main function room and externally to the terrace patio.

Our commercial kitchen is available to hire to compliment your party or event, or for stand-alone catering use. The facilities are comprised of central island work stations, sink, walk-in fridge, gas hotplates, double deep-fat fryer and commercial oven.
